LEAVE OF ABSENCE

Pupils who want to take leave will bring a written application from his/her parents and get it approved by the Principal beforehand. Unless it is done he/she will have to pay Rs. 05/- fine for every day of absence.

On returning after an infectious disease pupils must produce a clearance certificate from the doctor.

A student who is absent without previous leave for more than ten days immediately after vacation or for fifteen days during the year will have his/her name removed from the roll.

If a student is late or has been absent for an unforeseen reason the guardian is requested to fill in the reason of the page provided for this in the school diary. Unless this is done the student will not get the ADMIT CARD from the Principal.

1. A pupil must obtain at least 40% of the marks subject wise. The Principal promotes a pupil in consultation with the staff.

2. A student who fails twice in the same standard will be asked to leave/change the school.

3. Those who fail in any subject will not be ranked.

4. A pupil who misses the examination will not appear at a late date.

5. Minimum attendance required for promotion at least 85% to 90%.

6. The answer papers of the annual examination will not be shown to the guardians.
